RETURNS

 

You can place orders  Revoke it within 14 days of receipt and send it back to us.

Please use the cancellation form for this or send us your cancellation to info@ur-outfit.de

The buyer bears the costs for returns. UNDERDOG REVANCHE does not bear any costs for returns!

Returns must be clearly identifiable. Please contact the customer service at info@ur-outfit.de so that we can send you a return slip or enclose a note with your name and the order number with the return.

Send the items via a shipping service provider of your choice to the following address:

Should you have to send an article back because it was delivered defective, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the costs for the return.

 

There is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for items that have been clearly worn or washed.

If the dog tags have been removed from the hoodies, they are considered worn.

​

The invoice amount will always be reimbursed to the same means of payment with which the order was placed.

The processing of a return after receipt of the goods can take up to 14 working days.

You can cancel orders within 14 days of receipt and return them to us. The return costs are at the expense of  the buyer.
