For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties (fees, import duties, etc.), which are determined by the destination country, may be levied. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture / country of origin and the classification of the goods and are collected as soon as your package has reached your country. UNDERDOG REVANCHE does not withhold any duties or taxes during the payment process and cannot predict how high your possible taxes will be. In the event that such additional charges are incurred, these must be paid so that your package can be cleared through customs. The customer bears the costs himself. RETURN:

You can cancel orders from Germany and Austria within 14 days of receipt and send them back to us via DHL. The customer bears the return costs.
UNDERDOG REVANCHE does not bear any costs for returns.
